Star of the Week

 

Kali is this week's Star of the week. Kali loves to sing, dance, and ice skate.  She is so lucky! She has been to a Taylor Swift concert with her Grandma.  Kali is a great friend!

Noah was star of the week. Noah is new to our school.  He comes from New Richland- Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva.  He enjoys playing with his friends and math! We are glad you are in room 119.

WOW! What a Great turnout for Literacy Night!!

Wednesday Evening at the public library was a hit.  Students were able to pick out new books, do a science experiment, get a library card, and many other things.  Here are a few pictures from the evening.

Stars of the Week!

 

Lucy was the star of the week! Lucy likes to play all sports, enjoys being with her family and friends, and is a great friend to everyone.  You are a star of room 119.

Jakob is the star of room 119 this past week.  He enjoys reading magic tree house books, playing with his friends, and his hero is his mom!  Jakob is so kind to everyone!

Reading MCA Tests:

 Thursday & Friday April 24^th and 25^th

 

 

Math MCA Tests:

Thursday & Friday, May 1^st and 2^nd  

 

It is important for your child to understand the significance of doing his/her best work on these tests.  These are things you can have your child do to help prepare for test days:      

        Get 8 or more hours of sleep.

                               Eat a healthy breakfast (at home or at school).

                               Get to school on time.

               

We want all kids to feel they can be successful.  Please be supportive and positive with your child as they head out the door on the mornings of testing.

Encourage them to take their time on the tests.

 

MCA tests can be stressful for students, and our goal is to ease any anxiety they have about the tests while encouraging them to put forth their best effort.

Grace is our Star of the Week!

Grace was our star of the week. Grace enjoys singing, acting, and performing.  Grace is a great friend who is always so caring and kind to others.
